Negotiation is part of your personal and professional life on a daily basis and represents 80 % of interactions among managers in companies.

Mastering the art of negotiation becomes an absolute necessity in one's professional posture and relationship with others, an antidote to conflict, attempts at manipulation and poor quality compromises.
